We know Christine Engen and Spirit Company through a long-term working relationship. We have known Christine Engen personally since 1995 and with her Spirit Company through different clients since 2001.
Christine Engen / Spirit Company is a strong, very honest and persistent person. She is a reliable person and commit to what she promises, and will always be very honest in her communication with her clients. When she acquired Tahiti Tourism as her client in 2001 she persistently visited us, trained the staff and sent updates and information relevant for our clients.
She has the ability to communicate information relevant to the different staff in the organization whether it is PR, sales or marketing. Her strength is that she has been working in the different fields, and hence knows what information is needed to be able to perform.
Her skills and knowledge of culture and people, adds to the understanding of the products she is representing, giving us an edge in the way we conduct our business towards the clients.
Christine Engen and Spirit Company has several times been a part of negotiations of charter flights to the destination she has represented. We have taken her destinations in consideration due to the fact that we always have an honest conversation, she is available when needed and we can rely on the information she brings.
We have taken on most of Spirit Company portfolio over the years, either it is cruise, hotels and destinations. We have been content with her, in matters concerning training, new ideas, advertising support and sales support. When Christine Engen is involved, we know that she will do her outmost to ensure results in the market.

I have known Christine Engen for over five years. I met her at a trade fair in Stockholm while she was representing Tahiti Tourism and was immediately impressed with her knowledge of the job performed and her professionalism and friendly approach.
I knew immediately she would make an excellent addition to our team as we sought to position Trinidad and Tobago as a preferred Caribbean destination in a very saturated and challenging marketplace. Christine, very quickly made an impact, by strengthening our existing trade relations and opening doors to her very wide database of contacts. She also introduced new airlift.
Within 12 months, Tobago experienced an increase of 23% of visitor numbers out of her markets rising to 45% in year two. The Scandinavian market has continued to perform despite current challenges. It has been Christine’s single handed passion and determination that has allowed The Islands of Trinidad and Tobago to be the #1 choice for Scandinavians seeking a Caribbean vacation.
Marketing, Media & Communications is her forte. She was able to conduct a number of excellent campaigns that were creative and fun allowing us to build loyalty with our trade partners.
